This dress is simply gorgeous! It is so perfect for all year round wear! Pair by itself or a jean jacket over it and with your favorite shoes for such a simple yet elegant look. It features a  v-neck, long length, flowy body and smocked around the chest/back area, making it super stretchy. It is also double lined and a woven material. If you are 5'5 and shorter, you will need some type of heel to help with the length! If you are 5'5, this dress will barely touch the ground bare feet. True to size but can size down one easily if in between!
